Automatic Control for Reliable Site Power Switching
The Automatic Mains Failure Panel is a rugged, compact, and user-friendly system designed to manage power requirements at telecom tower sites. It supports efficient and cost-effective switching between EB supply, battery, and DG set, and is integrated with a 32-bit microcontroller along with LCD and LED status indications on the front panel. The system supports dual-source EB and DG AC energy monitoring, EB, DG and battery run hours, DG functionality, and auxiliary monitoring functions such as door-open status, smoke/fire inputs, and DG faults. When the grid supply fails, the AMF automatically starts the diesel generator and transfers the load based on site battery voltage conditions.
