Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for all Lineage product lines — and also for select non-Lineage power infrastructure at your sites, extending our support to your existing installed base. Continuous remote monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics improve response time, uptime, and overall asset performance. Periodic on-site or remote system health audits assess performance parameters and infrastructure condition — with detailed reports and actionable remediation recommendations after each assessment.

Lineage Power's remote monitoring capability is built around a cloud-based Central Network Operations Center (CNOC) that provides continuous visibility across connected BESS, renewable energy assets, and associated electrical infrastructure. Through a secure centralized platform, operators and asset managers can monitor system health, energy flow, alarms, equipment status, and performance across multiple sites in real time.
